Product was not received. Poor customer service. Rude. Unprofessional.

Product not received is incorrect. Your reeds were sent day of purchase, and were available at you local post office to collect for 30 days. Tracking number was emailed to you when sent, and australia post also emailed you to advise your item was available to collect. You did not collect, so the item was sent back to us, however, they never arrived back here, and have been deemed lost by Aust Post. and no, they do not compensate us. You have been refunded in full, and the reeds have never been returned to us.
Trust me do not buy from this company. Never received product, made out like I was at fault. Then stopped responding. See on Ebay reviews they just ghost customers who have problems. AVOID!!!!
