RecommendedGreat Gym, staff are friendly in particular Bianca and Gregory, they are friendly and great at their jobs. I've recently asked Gregory, the PT for a new program and he has taught me heaps of new routines and has been thorough and made sure I've got the correct form. With his guidance and knowledge, I'm now on the right track to improve my health and Fitness. I'd highly recommend asking him for advice and have a PT session with him. Cheers, Anthony Lynskey
