RecommendedOur kids swam well before starting here a few months ago. However they have gone ahead in leaps and bounds since joining Aquastar. A fantastic program and great teachers. Plus a strong focus on water safety.
RecommendedWe switched to Aquastars from another swim school after my son developed anxiety around swimming and was too terrified to get in the water. He is much improved and now loves swimming lessons. We will be re-booking in the new year for sure.

Disappointed with the wrong messages conveyed by the reception staff at the desk and then try to ring them mostly unresponsive. When messaged via the portal, returns with a different message.

Hello Punnam, thank you for your review. as we have been closed for 2.5 weeks, we have a lot of messages to get through, we have over 40 voicemails to respond to as well as 20 plus new enquires and emails, and we are doing the best we can. Your direct debit was cancelled in December 2022, and your last lesson was before our closure, which is the one you prior noticed, we do not extend out make-up lessons for non-financial clients and this has always been our policy. Moved my son from another swim school as aquastar was closer to home. What a big mistake that was. His swimming ability went backward. I provided feedback which feel on deaf ears. I also provided feedback via email and got no response. Not recommended
