I was interested to buy some karoo boerwors (sausage). I have a strong gluten intolerance and cannot even tolerate the rice binders traditional butchers use. However, I have had no physical symptons indicating problems. Fantastic!! And they taste great too. A great South African sausage for a happy Aussie.
