You must be an idiot to mock someone who asked for 20 chicken nuggets for $6.00 like in your specials catalogue, you don't stand there laughing to a work mate going "she asked for 20chicken nuggets" and laugh! And then grab some out and then turn to another work mate and "how much would that even be 500grams" and laugh some more! Mind you she was standing under the sign that said "we value our customer service".... I was so disappointed in your service today!
Really bad experience with their "fresh" marylands this weekend. We bought a 15kg box and when we got it home we realised it was out of date. I Contacted them and was told they would make me up a fresh box but when I got there I was told that a best before date is a loose guide and the meat is ok for another week, felt like they expected me to just turn around and take my expired meat with me! The supposed new fresh box was never offered me. I walked out with a refund and will not be returning.
Went in today to do a bit of a shop. Great selection, clean store, boys behind the counter were friendly and helpful. Prices amazing, as we reached the checkout the lady was abrasive, grumpy and just rude. Not very good to see as the last thing you see leaving the store.
I was warned bout your meats nd yesterday i told them that will give a try ..bought lamb chops nd got home nd look thru in the bag i have 4 good meats nd 6 off cuts fatty....not happy very poor....
Im very disappointed to find after travelling allbthe way to you at underwood this saturday, that your loyal customers who have followed from Victoria Point no longer get the 10% discount on shelf/regular priced items
HI I am writing in regard to rump i brought on the 14 Nov that you had on special for 8.99.I have been shopping there for a number of years. and the rump steak putting it lightly was so tough you would need a jack hammer for teeth to eat it, even my dog had trouble with it I have tried stewing, BBQ, and it was awful, so far i have not found a piece that is tender.I know rump is not all ways tender but that rump i brought was by far the worst steak that I have tried to eat.
You get what you pay for. Good luck with the steak you buy! :(((
