I am a regular customer at Simons tavern and have been going there for a few years now. It has always been a pleasant experience and great food, however I was appalled at the service I received from "Melissa" a few weeks ago. It was not only me left feeling this way and it has unfortunately left me and my group of friends (who are also regulars) not wanting to return.
