Fantastic experience. The Team @ Burrows were so easy to deal with - nothing was an issue. Right from the start, they were helpful and responsive and communication was awesome. They were so helpful that they even met my request to have photos taken by the carpet layer once the carpet was laid at my rental property. Looks amazing. Thanks so much. Photos are pre vacuum !
Very knowledgeable team at Burrows who gave great advice. We were encouraged to take home the whole colour range in our favourite carpet so we could see them in different lights and rooms. This was very helpful. We finally choose a very different colour from the one we had picked in the showroom. Once we'd settled on a colour, Burrows ordered the carpet and had in their warehouse ready to lay within a couple of weeks,. Great experience so far, organised new carpet through William who has been really great and is very knowledgeable about the flooring. The carpet was laid very quickly and they arrived on time. Very happy.
Burrows were simply great. Product range was all we could have wanted. We were lucky enough to have same day measure. Quote followed the next day. Price was reasonable, and once accepted, delivery and installation was quick, communication from Meg in the office was reassuring. The guys doing the installation were on time and quick. We have no issues with the total service, and are very happy with our new carpets. Thanks Burrows.
