I've going to Cartel Collective on and off for over 7 years. The great service and amazing quality keeps drawing me back. The place is upbeat and funky and ALL of the staff pull it off! From when you walk in the door you are met with attentive staff that make you feel welcome.
Harrison was absolutely fantastic. He provided great customer service, listened to our needs and was a true professional. He was really understanding and welcoming and made my 4 years olds first big haircut a positive experience for him. His cutting skills were amazing. We had a full restyle and we loved the end result. Harrison is hands down one of the best barbers around, his attention to detail and dedication to his craft is next level. The shop is full of good vibes and everyone has a laugh with each other; which makes the environment super comfortable; if you're ever in the need for a haircut you can't go wrong with Cartel!
Can not recommend Harrison and the Cartel team enough - meticulous attention to detail, highly knowledgeable barbers with great customer service whilst setting the barber standard in Cairns. All of that topped off with some really good yarns. 11/10
Harrison was fantastic. He really took the time to understand what I needed and delivered a great trim with friendly service. As someone just travelling through Australia, it’s unlikely I’ll be back anytime soon, but Harrison was great and gave me his details so if I ever need a hand finding a barber elsewhere, he’ll help me out.
