We disagreed about the services booked. The owner, Theresa, stated we would be charged $80. We gave her a $150 gift card and left. She subsequently charged our credit card $324. Even pursuant to her cancellation policy that is $150 more than 100 percent the cost of the service. Additionally, she gave her word that the charge would be $80 and posted that online. My wife and I did not have a pleasant experience. My wife booked a Valentines day couples massage and when we showed up the owner Theresa told my wife the she booked incorrectly and there were no couples rooms available. Theresa was unwilling to rebook without us paying a penalty. I am sure Theresa will have something snarky to say in response to this review but the bottom line is she kept my wife's $150.00 gift certificate and no services were rendered. When making the appointment they quoted us one price for a 90 minute massage and checking out they charged us 50 dollars more. And my masseuse didn’t direct attention to the spot I told her I wanted her to work on. Won’t be back.

Sandy, I’m sorry you were confused with the prices quoted to you when you called. Your daughter did ask the prices for all services and you selected the 90 minute at $152. Not the 50 minute at $99. You even requested a discount which we informed you we do not offer. I’m glad your able to share your experience with the internet but make sure your truthful when you make large accusations on a female owner small business. We do not mis quote and then charge more when your leaving. Again I’m sorry for your confusion.
Terrible customer service
I was disappointed with the way my visit ended. I had called ahead to ask about discounts offered. I was promised the discount they offer on massages for teachers/first responders, etc. At the end of visit, when I was paying, I was denied the discount promised. The massage itself was okay. I much prefer my regular masseuse to this commercial facility.

We are actually not a commercial business. We are owned by two local women. The group you came in with was already discounted and we do not apply more then one promo. Thank you for your service!
