I had some work to be done on my car, in the past, I had not good experiences with getting work done at other shops, poor quotes wrong expectation of the time frame. Brought my car to Coastwide last month and was blown away by his professionalism and strong attention to detail. He and his team did an amazing job, and I've never been happier with my car. I don't generally leave online reviews but felt this was a special case- I'd highly, highly recommend!
These guys did perfect job. They did inform me that my transmission was not due for service. Every repair center I called was happy to give me a quote and make an appt to do the service. I really appreciate an honest auto repair business.
I have been taking my 2006 Mini Cooper to Coastwide for the past few months. Their pricing is less expensive than other quotes I've received, they offers a long warranty on his services, and they can usually get any jobs done the same day. I hate that my car has been needing so much done recently, but happy I have Coastwide Service Centre I can trust.
When I moved to Queensland I had to find a mechanic - I feel so fortunate to have found Coastwide. They've helped me with so many issues. with my vehicle, but on a recent trip to Santa Cruz my alternator went out. Because of some complications the mechanic there was experiencing considerable difficulties working on the van. They took the time to talk to him on the phone and helped resolve the problem. Not only reliable, but honorable!!
I cannot praise this place enough. They are so communicative and honest. They have been servicing my cars for over a year now and I have zero complaints. All the work has been top notch. They always exceed expectations. Always get it done same day, even when I surprise them at 2:30pm. I leave more knowledgable, and confident that my cars are in good shape.
I had a great experience. I previously took my car to another shop and it turns out that the previous shop didn't have the right tool to take apart my car, so they damaged it. These guys showed me that / fixed the damage and gave me great service. I would definitely use Coastwide again.
