These guys did perfect job. They did inform me that my transmission was not due for service. Every repair center I called was happy to give me a quote and make an appt to do the service. I really appreciate an honest auto repair business.
I have been taking my 2006 Mini Cooper to Coastwide for the past few months. Their pricing is less expensive than other quotes I've received, they offers a long warranty on his services, and they can usually get any jobs done the same day. I hate that my car has been needing so much done recently, but happy I have Coastwide Service Centre I can trust.
When I moved to Queensland I had to find a mechanic - I feel so fortunate to have found Coastwide. They've helped me with so many issues. with my vehicle, but on a recent trip to Santa Cruz my alternator went out. Because of some complications the mechanic there was experiencing considerable difficulties working on the van. They took the time to talk to him on the phone and helped resolve the problem. Not only reliable, but honorable!!
I cannot praise this place enough. They are so communicative and honest. They have been servicing my cars for over a year now and I have zero complaints. All the work has been top notch. They always exceed expectations. Always get it done same day, even when I surprise them at 2:30pm. I leave more knowledgable, and confident that my cars are in good shape.
I had a great experience. I previously took my car to another shop and it turns out that the previous shop didn't have the right tool to take apart my car, so they damaged it. These guys showed me that / fixed the damage and gave me great service. I would definitely use Coastwide again.
These guys know what they do. I've been their customer for a year and I feel that I found my go-to place for car servicing. Great communication and work ethics. Avoid the big repair shops where you most likely will be ripped off this way or another. Coastwide and his team get the job done with a high quality and in a timely manner.
My Mercedes savvy friend recommended Coastwide, the owner, and this shop. They got me in the morning I called and they explained what was involved with replacing my broken door actuator. He texted me photos of the repair in progress (!) and was spot on with the estimate. He also informed me that my brake fluid was dirty and I had him flush the system. The prices were much more reasonable than the other shop I have been going to. Great 1st experience and I will be coming back.
