I’m really disappointed with my partner's experience today. She ordered the vegan banana cake, and a staff member made comments about her dietary requirements in front of other customers. That alone felt unnecessary and embarrassing. What made it worse was that after ordering vegan, the cake was then topped/served with a dairy product (buttermilk/butter-style topping), which completely defeats the purpose and makes it unsafe for anyone avoiding dairy for ethical, allergy, or intolerance reasons. I just purchased lemon n poppyseed cake...it was hard n dry n uneatable. really shouldn't b sold.....coffee good tho....
