I've had a few negative experiences with this jeweller now. I brought my Mother in law along to my most recent negative experience because I was scared to go in by myself from the previous one I had. I firstly get greeted with a frown instead of a smile which doesn't make me feel welcome in the store. I have had multiple issues with my engagement ring and have paid a lot of money in the one year I've had it, to fix it.
