Absolutely rip off. Charged 3x more even after it was under warranty. Expert flooring is absolutely waste of money and time.

Overcharges customers even after it was under warranty. Before getting work done, was told to pay $120 but after work completed, we were charged over $400. Even the worker was here for only 2 hours, we were charged 5 hours. Had to show them cctv recordings to prove that we were right. Don’t waste time and money with expert flooring.

Discuss over the phone with customer ref his carpet re-stretch – our minimum charge out is $120.00 (site unseen) Carpet fitted 19/1/2017 – re-stretch was due to the moving furniture and some heavy units on wheels being dragged. Contractor arrived Friday 14/1/2022 to (Abtar Negi) 4pm access job, re-stretch carpet on stairs, trim carpet, left after 5pm.
