After booking at another restaurant in Takapuna for Father’s Day lunch, which we walked out as from start dirty tables, arrogant staff. We took a walk down Hurstmere Road and decided to pop into Florrie. So happy we did. Such friendly staff, loved the comfortable seat with pillows to support my back, and the food was really good. Our eldest son had the brisket burger, that look and tasted absolutely amazing. Really good drinks list too. And a dessert “must” is the Belgium waffle 😋. Thank you ❤️

We had dinner at Florries before a show at the Bruce Mason theatre. It was the perfect location, just a few doors away. Great Irish pub ambience, good flavoured well priced Irish Pub standard fare, great service. Recommended.
Great team Special mention to Fiona and Amanda, long time sufferers of the early morning antics thanks to the guaranteed 1am close.... Caitlin, Colum, and the blonde English one do their part as well. Thank you Florrie for the soup!! p.s. Come back from holidays please Amanda....
