I was looking forward to a return to what I fondly remembered as "good" cafe... Unfortunately there were a couple of glaring slips from the food safety standards: chipped crockery and slimy/decaying lettuce. Coffee still good.
Visited this cafe recently and was really let down. The person taking our order was rude, unwelcoming, and didn’t crack a smile once – not the kind of service you’d expect when grabbing a coffee or bite to eat. The menu was surprisingly limited – no basic cafe staples like a BLT or eggs benedict. When the food arrived, we asked for some sauce, but no one ever brought it. Best breakfast experience I’ve had in a long time. Staff super friendly, efficient, really know their stuff! Pricing comparison is very reasonable. Coffee is delicious! Thank you Fox & Giraffe, you’re a rare find 🙂
Exceptional service, great atmosphere, meals came out really quick. Coffee was nice, granola was tasty but a little smal we had to get a muffin with it as we were still hungry. Bacon a little undercooked for my my liking and a bit greasy but overall happy with our breakfast.
Good atmosphere for a Sunday breakfast Food tasted average or even below average. The waffle that we ordered tasted like cheap one from the supermarket. Wrap was ok. The cob had very little egg and almost no chorizo with big loaf of bread. The berry smoothie was just mil with a little bit of berry added, tasteless. We and the other customers had to wait for almost one hr to get our food
