RecommendedYoooo if anyone is struggling to find an automotive to take there vehicle to this is hands down the best place to go in whangarei. We were in need of our breaks being fixed while on a tight budget. These guys were super helpful and done what we needed to get a WOF, we weren't expecting how cheap it turned out to be either. These guys were so humble and professional that they didn't even take my tip I wanted to give them. Little old lady on a pension takes her Demio into Kelly's..gets a quote of $2300 for two new struts ($300 odd each) and a rear drivers side wheel bearing ( about $100 for the bearing). This job takes myself 25 minutes each side and the rear another 25 minutes if I had to dismantle and press in a new bearing..so thats about two hours actual work...MAX. Hi Phillip. Thanks for the feedback. We don't provide verbal quotes, however we believe we know the customer you are referencing and a full written estimate was provided at the time. There was a service included in the estimate (as requested by the customer), and because we hadn't assessed the vehicle in-house we applied industry standard hours of repair for the shock and wheel bearing work. Stare well clear of this place. I have had a terrible experience with damage being done to my vehicle. I do not trust them at all.
