Firstly, the speed and service for my jersey was outstanding. The time it took to get here was acceptable and the whole process was pretty self explanatory. Sadly I bought the extra $35 personalisation fee as it was a gift. To my disappointment, a $2 job was done as the wording wasn't put on straight, which became obvious to those looking at it. Obviously it's not a big thing but it is disappointing considering the amount of money we paid. Could've done a cheaper and better job myself. Hope this issue get fixed...
Most helpful staff and very polite team who is always willing to help there customers. The main shout i give is Sophie everytime I go to the store she gives me a greeting and offers to help everytime without even asking and the whole team is amazing 👏 🤩
I ordered a jersey with personalized printing to be done, unfortunately the printing was not up standard. I emailed and informed them of what had happened and the issue was almost immediately solved an amazing staff member named Sophie who went above and beyond to help. Thank you Sophie! Other than the issue of initial printing, everything went smoothly
Great service from all the staff, there I have been to League and Legends many times, I always buy my gear from them, Great prices as well. I only buy from them now, either in person or online and the service is always great, and the staff are always pleasant and helpful. I have no problem in recommending them to anyone at all.
Customer service from the young ladies that work there was fantastic, they were very friendly and helpful. The really old gentleman (I think the owner) was so knowledgeable, friendly and had plenty of stories to share. What a wonderful place to shop for sporting apparel
