Could be given more information about the process. The light o my finger rubber came on 12..30 pm and I was worried that it wasn’t working properly

I don't believe my machine ever worked properly. It seemed to either have not enough air flow or too much. I'm also disapointed that I had to always call when I was told someone would check in with me weekly. I didn't feel well prepared for the trial after my initial consultation. When I called on 29/4 requesting assistance no one called me back. I spoke to someone and left a message. In frustration I returned the machine on 1/5.
