.I’m really disappointed with my experience. I initially booked my car in to have a fuel pressure regulator installed, but unfortunately I had sourced the wrong part. The mechanic told me at the time not to worry and that he wouldn’t charge me, mentioning that the job only takes around 5 minutes anyway. I appreciated that and apologised for the inconvenience, then made sure to get the correct part. When you left our shop, you were ecstatic for the work we did and the service we provided. In terms of the charge, yes it did only take under an hour to work on your car and we didnt charge for the previous time however the hour we did charge for was for the 3-4 hours our head mechanic spent chasing the part for you and getting the best price possible.
