Fair The motel,itself is falling apart.Our room was tidy but the skirting boards are rotted and the toilet seat was cracked and it was loose and fell on the fall. The rim around the bathroom basin was loose and needed to be repaired.. The curtains were ripped and it’s not worth the money we paid for 2 nights..Never again will we stay at this place…. The closeness of the motel to the shopping strip. We walked everywhere as it was so close and the park(Knox ) was lovely to sit and watch the birds.

For a quick overnight stay this place offers great value The bed was a little hard for my husband. I was comfortable enough. The room had aircon & an overhead fan which was good. I would love to have had the window open but there are no flyscreens. The staff kept in contact with us to ensure we would know how to access our room in case we arrived out of hours. Convenient, clean room but one drawback! Our room was large & quite comfortable albeit with an odd layout. The beds were comfortable with good linen. Overall the Motor Inn needs an upgrade. If smoking is to be allowed, ash trays need to be emptied! Convenient.
