Had a great time, met some lovely people and saw some wonderful scenery. Lack of WiFi was primitive. The WiFi didn't work. Manager made the usual excuses but people at the Tourist Information Centre said the WiFi in Murwillumbah was generally good and that they had had many complaints from people staying at the motor inn re the WiFi. The owners need to be willing to pay for better internet (our opinion and the opinion of the folk at the TIC. Stinginess like this creates a bad overall impression. Apart from the high risk I had to take parking the car our visit was okay. The parking spots are not allocated to the rooms. When we got back to our room on Saturday night there wasn’t any parking spots available. My daughter has severe intellectual disabilities and she had many seizures during the day. I double parked the car near the 3 steps to get her into the room, and just had to hope she didn’t open the door and wander away while I moved the car up the street.
