😠They didn't listen when I booked 3 people and were rude about the mix up. They did not even try to honour the booking and attempted to cut the 1 treatment short, accusing us of being late having written down the wrong time for the appointment. We were charged full price for the one treatment received nad on a follow up call to the manager she was appallingly rude to me, making out that I had never mentioned that 3 people were being booked.
