5 Stars - Absolute Life Savers! I cannot express how grateful I am for the team at Queenstown Auto Service. I was in a desperate rush to get my WOF done without an appointment. After being turned down by almost every garage in central Queenstown, I called them as a last resot. I have a bad experience here. I went there for my sun visor fix and they fixed it poorly well they didn’t fix it. They just put tape and they charged me $70 , tape fell off two days after. They called me after posting my original review and offered me for a free sun visor which was on 07/10. I deleted my review because they reached out to me but i waited waited for over 4 weeks now and my time is up my trust and hope is gone. I’ve never received a single phone call since 07/10 . Had the best experience here ! Phoned in very last minute to get our car checked out as we passed through the area and received great service. Super quick, friendly and attentive! Graham sorted us out, thank so much again you lifesaver !!

We came with a small problem in the battery and they immediately helped us and fixed it, in addition they filled our brakes fluid and didn’t charge us on anything! They were so nice and kind and it just made our day 100% better!

Excellent customer service and quality of care. They were able to help me out with an electrical problem I had with my car. They were able to see me very quickly on a weekday without a prior appointment. Would recommend!!
