5 Stars - Absolute Life Savers! I cannot express how grateful I am for the team at Queenstown Auto Service. I was in a desperate rush to get my WOF done without an appointment. After being turned down by almost every garage in central Queenstown, I called them as a last resot. Went in today as I needed a bulb changed, the guys looked at it straight away and did not charge me for their help (they have done this for me twice now). The team are so kind and approachable, which, as a woman, makes taking my car to the garage a much less intimidating experience! I cannot thank them enough as they always do a great job on my car. Thank you!

Absolute legends always! All the folks here are friendly, professional and super helpful. They always give a clear description of what's gone wrong and what's needed, can order parts in for you, and never overcharge unlike some places in town! They were a huge help to me today in less than 2 hours after I called, as my hazard lights had got stuck on and the new fuse didn't help, leaving me without indicators! I never worry bringing my car here, excellent service for a fair price. Thanks team :)

Thanks to the team! Booked for a service and to get some work done after my failed wof at VTNZ. They gave me a quote for repairs.... and I was blown away when they assessed that reason the wof failed was incorrect!! They repaired and assessed the car for any other issues, and did the re-wof, and it was much less than originally quoted. Thanks for your honest work and efficiency. 🫡

Absolutely saved our camping trip! We broke down because of an oil leak and this amazing car workshop managed to fix our car in light speed. 3 hours later it was ready to pick up when we expected 3 days or more. We didn’t have to cancel or postpone any of our activities. We’re so glad we brought our car here, we don’t think it could have been fixed this fast anywhere else. Also really friendly and competent staff that even stayed open a little longer so that we could still pick our car back up the same day. Thank you so much... read more
