Terrible experience! We visited with our baby and two special needs children, expecting a peaceful environment, which we did find. However, the experience was marred by unnecessary rules and inflexibility. Despite bringing our own grip socks, we were forced to purchase rebound socks at an additional cost. The staff were overly strict about walking on the green strips, even though we were simply trying to keep our baby safe. Way too many people allowed in for each session. Multiple children jumping and using the courses at once. Not enough seating for spectators.

Recommendedawesome place our kids love it , but was a little disappointed i had to pay to go in with my 3 yr old grandson , also should be netted off so the little ones stay in there area also bigger kids were being very rough in the playground no staff watching that area

RecommendedGreat new adventure for the kids & I can't wait to try it myself. Customer service today was not great 😕 & ordering a coffee, to dine in while the kids played, was served in a takeaway cup with plastic lid before I even realized to be able to refuse. In this single use plastic free era I was shocked to be served my coffee this way.
