RecommendedBrad is friendly and competent, and I have never had a problem since he took over the servicing of my machines. I travel a long distance to have my machines serviced, and Brad always makes sure they are ready to go the same day. They sell quality fabrics at very good prices and a very wide range of haberdashery and sewing accessories. Chris & Sandra are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

RecommendedAlways super professional and courteous, staff are amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. I really appreciate and value such rapid responses to any issues I may have whether it be purchasing or accessing advice and servicing my machines. It’s an 8 hour turn around drive for me to get there, but I gladly do it as I don’t trust anyone but Brad to service my machines.

RecommendedHave been down for the Hooptastic weekends. They were brilliant. I don't do a lot of embroidery so to me they were a perfect workshop. Plus my machine played up and I was given a shop demo to use, so I didn't miss out, and the mechanic was on hand and I left the machine in his good hands It was fixed along with a service and has behaved itself since then. I was very pleased with both the service, the workshop, the shop and not forgetting the staff who were on hand to help.

RecommendedAble to look around without being pounced upon, help immediately on hand when needed. Toilets available ...so able to leisurely look over lots of machines on display, big range fabric, patterns etc.
