I'm from Victoria and these guys are the best. Layby'ed a Lego Robot, paid the whole lot over the phone and they are now posting it to me right from the store. A friend went in to pick it up today and I was ready to pay for postage but now we don't have to worry about it. Way to go on the customer service. You guys are awesome.
