The class itself was fine, was told I could come back between 12pm and 4pm the following Saturday to collect the pieces. My partner drove an hour to go and get them and when he got there at 3:15pm the doors were locked. So I called Maree and asked if she was open and was met with “oh I’m not there”. I tried asking if she lived near by and see if she could come back so we could collect them which she just kept saying “I’m not there”. I booked and paid for a class for myself and 2 friends to surprise our friend for her 30th birthday. The day before the class my friend and her baby got sick and went to hospital. I tried calling the Sweet Fine Artist 6 times, texted and messaged through their website before the event to ask if we could reschedule and they didn't respond. 2 days after the event they messaged me saying unfortunately they could not refund or credit me my money!
