RecommendedFrom last minute changes for our friends combinded hens and bucks night, Maree was able to fit us in ❤ Everyone had a wonderful night of painting, sipping, nibbles and sounds. Maree is a wonderful host, we highly recommend her for your next event 🍷🎨
The class itself was fine, was told I could come back between 12pm and 4pm the following Saturday to collect the pieces. My partner drove an hour to go and get them and when he got there at 3:15pm the doors were locked. So I called Maree and asked if she was open and was met with “oh I’m not there”. I tried asking if she lived near by and see if she could come back so we could collect them which she just kept saying “I’m not there”. I booked and paid for a class for myself and 2 friends to surprise our friend for her 30th birthday. The day before the class my friend and her baby got sick and went to hospital. I tried calling the Sweet Fine Artist 6 times, texted and messaged through their website before the event to ask if we could reschedule and they didn't respond. 2 days after the event they messaged me saying unfortunately they could not refund or credit me my money! Hi Anna, As we went through in detail via email we are very sorry to have disappointed you. Understandably, you had made contact with us upon knowing of your friend being in hospital. As per our guidelines, we do require 48 hours notice to reschedule and/or cancel your attendance. We have implemented this as Fridays and Saturdays are our busiest days of the week.
