rude staff, poor service, will not go there again
Aggressive owner and poor service. Food is good. Service poor and coffee cold
Need to change their take away cups, lids do not stay on properly coffee went everywhere through car
Staff where very rude! We had waited far to long for service and there where next to no people in the place. I had to ask for the blearing music to be turned down so I could place an order as I was not going to yell and could just here the lady tell another customer her Coffe wasn’t going to be refunded and she would have to deal with it! Went this morning to get my coffee as we do every time we visit our local family in Lilli Pilli and I asked for an iced Latte, I explained that I had ordered the iced latte yesterday and I received an iced coffee with cream and ice cream and that was not what I ordered and when I asked the girl to get rid of the cream she did it but appeared to be annoyed by my request, so this morning I spent time explaining it to her. We keep finding them closed. They seem to make up their opening times on a daily basis. Closed Tuesday after Pilates. Closed Wednesday after kayaking. Closed 2.45 on a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon. Have to make an effort to run a successful business. We don’t bother driving there anymore as they are probably closed, even when their google page says they are open. Batehaven bakehpuse - always open. Dependable.
