Rebecca is so kind and caring. She has been my vet for about 14 years. My pets have loved her. I wouldn’t want any other vet to care for my fur babies. When I moved from the city to the country I continued to travel to the city to have her care of my pets. Helen is just gorgeous. Also so caring. She is so welcoming and helpful when I need anything. I thoroughly recommend VetCall for first class pet care.

Most amazing vet clinic all around. The care for our 4 legged babies as well as for us - whether it is celebrating the wins or dealing with the sadness of a loss, is unbelievable. Vets, nurses and allied staff always go above and beyond when looking after our treasures. We know that after a surgery our little - or not so little- ones wake up to cuddles. We get a call the soonest possible to keep us updated - therefore situations that can be so traumatic are met with so much nurture and care…. Love them all

Friendly and enthusiastic staff that have the pets best interests at heart 100% of the time. Initially I was having issues to get my dog into a Vet, he was apprehensive and anxious. Now he happily stops at the door every time we walk past.

The care that was given to my cat Vegemite as amazing. The team at VetCall are truly caring and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve not been to such a place like it before and I would recommend VetCall to anyone that’s looking for what I feel are some of the best people in the business.

My Piggy was very sick a large 50kg dog . I woke up and she couldn’t move and was in pain and cancer it was her time to pass my poor girl she held on. I called my vet down the road to get someone to come to the house they couldn’t fit me in I was in tears. I called Barkly street vet she was not a patient they send a vet and two male nurses down within the hour!!❤️ I am forever grateful and will use them from now on . The staff were so great in our time of need . Thank you 🙏

I have been using the in home service for many years. The vets Gloria and Rebecca are wonderful, especially when the end for your pet is near. They are wonderfully caring. Lauren, and the other nurses that have come are great, even when my pets are not on their best behaviour. I cannot reccomend this service highly enough, and will continue to use it for as long as I have pets.

Dr Gloria is amazing! And the vet nurses have gone out of their way to provide the best care on a number of occasions. We have elderly cats who are seen monthly via house call…. It’s the best thing we’ve ever done for our fur babies.
