All I can say is WOW🤩 I am blown away at the level of customer service and pet care I experienced at Vetcall after being recommended by several people for my dog, Biscuit. From the reception staff, to the vet nurses and vets, we were well looked after and listened to. Vetcall always takes the best care of my dogs. My older dog has trauma from going to vets and can be quiet aggressive. There is no judgement and he is always handled with care and love. He never comes home with behaviours after going like he does when he's been to other vets. They are reasonable priced and I wouldn't take my furry friends anywhere else.
Looking for a fabulous caring vet? Look no further. I was blown away with how kind and gentle they were with my nervous and anxious dog. They took their time to slowly gain her trust and make sure she wasn't scared!
After seeing another Vet and having a bad experience with my puppy a friend highly recommend Vet call and she was absolutely right all the staff are friendly and absolutely show their true passion for our beloved pets. Stark has been a patient at Vetcall since last year and we’ve had a great experience every visit. The team is always kind, professional, and genuinely caring.
