Fantastic amazing brilliant are only a few words to describe this business. These boys were extremely professional. The fact that they care so much about helping children that are having a hard time with bullies is amazing in itself. Very kind and lovely people that work and run this place. We will be back

it is a Great ser up. i am now doing 3 days a week with Ben my Personal Trainer. He is an AWESOME person to train with. He understands my. Huge Medical Issues and trains me accordingly. love this place
that people should join and workout there as well as doing there classes
