Fair The shower was dangerous it would go from normal warm temperature to extremely hot to freezing cold water without touching the taps. Location was perfect.
Location is good, would stay after renovations. Property requires lift. The rear entry via our washroom was dark and dingy. The bathroom was antiquated and only large enough for a narrow shower and toilet. After lugging our stuff upstairs, we found rear parking slightly easier. It served its purpose for one night. The bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds. The bathroom and toilet was dreadful. Way too small and not user friendly. The position was great - close to everything we needed.
Adequate for the purpose on one night of business visit but overpriced for the standard of facilities. The bathroom facilities were very small, aged & badly in need of restoration. Security was sub optimal. Doors had simple locks & no security chains. It’s location. Clean & comfortable bedroom. Friendly owners.
Disappointing
Adequate Noisy because BBQ being used by tradies staying there and the local traffic passing all hours. No breakfast. Location OK. Murwillumbah much more busy now, than past visits.
Fair Lots of noise in the room next door who were up very late on the balcony on a Tuesday night smoking and talking which made it difficult to sleep. Smoke scent drifted I to the room, presumably through the door. Location was good
Disappointing Air conditioning smelly like mould and smoke! The bathroom was outdated and No light and Fan didn't work the last day. The place was comfortable and good location
Very disappointed with the bathroom, really spoilt the stay. Toilet and shower were in very poor condition, all taps were leaking badly, and the door couldn’t be closed it was almost hanging off , there were wood shavings all along the floor where people have tried to close the door, the tiles above the hand basin were broken and rust was coming through. Staff and owners were very friendly, the actual room was clean and spacious and the location was good, close to shops, good parking area.
