Very happy - enjoyed our stay. Salt & Pepper & larger dinner plates needed. Parking was a bit tight but safe. As with every accomodation toilet paper was thin - which means people fold it over many times (false economy) we bring our own. Front office management were exceptional - so helpful and informative. Room was clean, large space & bed very comfortable & inviting. View terrific.

Hi Fay, Thanks for your kind words. Regarding ... a) Salt & Pepper and larger plates - We have them, you can always call reception and ask. b) Parking - all regulation approved, been there for 50 years c) Toilet paper - We do NOT use triple ply and supply only 2ply and the building was built circa 1960 and the cast iron plumbing can gum up when using triple ply paper. So, no false economy there on our behalf, but thanks for letting us know who doesn't use the supplied paper. Cheers
We booked a room as my partner is from Uki and we wanted to be close enough but also far enough away for our own space. No complaints I woke up to a beautiful view of Mt Warning which was very special.

It was a very pleasant place to stay and I would stay here again - clean, quiet, comfortable. There was nothing I didn’t like, but it would have been helpful to have two spare blankets rather than one as there were two beds. Bed could be a little softer but it was certainly fine. The room was attractive (lovely woodwork and chair in entrance), very clean, very quiet, spacious, good pressure hot shower, beds were good - each with bedside lamps and nicely made - long length on single was good, nice quiet reverse cycle a/c left... read more
