Budget friendly and comfortable Unfortunately, I assume due to the age of the building, the walls and ceilings are very thin, and you can hear absolutely everything going on outside, and the room above you (unless you get the top floor). As it was school holidays, there were kids staying above my room who were running around until after 10pm at night, and early the next morning too (before 7am). Thanks for your kind comments Christine. Yes, holidays can be tricky. Carparks - we have plenty, both at the back and underneath at the front. Plenty of people have parked on the street with no problems - sometimes guests come in multiple vehicles. Skip bin? You would be exaggerating there, as if it took up 2 to 3 carparks, the delivery truck would be unable to transport it on the roads - It fits wholly in one car park and will probably be here for another year while we complete all the required renovations. convenient location in Tweed limited parking spaces and general noise from other rooms was very noticeable convenient whilst staying in the area with fair price

Wonderful Parking was very tight, particularly if you have a big car. Easy to find and close to town. Very friendly owners, great communication, it had a lovely courtyard.
