Good It was a little dated in the decor It was lovely for what we were using if for which was a quick base to get to the Gold Coast.
We enjoyed our stay would definitely stay again I think a ceiling fan would have been good The room was very comfortable and clean

Pleasant There were full ashtrays everywhere and every time we opened the door to the verandah someone was smoking which I detest... smell comes in the room.. smoking should be down stairs only ... just my opinion or suggestion for you.. Close to town
Excellent location and place for my purpose of my stay, only disappointment was the WiFi. No access to WiFi even though advertised as available. The room was excellent - air con worked perfectly, bed was very comfortable, and room was well stocked with utensils for eating in when required.
