staff very friendly and help steep car park and stairs, could replace old chipboard cupboard coming apart in kitchen facilities cleanliness, excellent shower
we would stay again. good value for money string smell of chemicals, but some would like that I guess. I’m just the more natural type convenient location

Good It was a little dated in the decor It was lovely for what we were using if for which was a quick base to get to the Gold Coast.
We enjoyed our stay would definitely stay again I think a ceiling fan would have been good The room was very comfortable and clean
Very Good Wifi didn’t work.
Pleasant There were full ashtrays everywhere and every time we opened the door to the verandah someone was smoking which I detest... smell comes in the room.. smoking should be down stairs only ... just my opinion or suggestion for you.. Close to town
