I booked an appointment, and still an hour and a half later and I am still waiting to even be talked to. 4 other people were waiting to be worked on. I booked an appointment a week in advance for the Pukekohe Salon. I had no confirmation text sent the day before like most salons do so I already felt like something was wrong. I show up 15 minutes early to the salon. Says they’re open from 9am yet the lights are off, the doors locked and nobody is there. RecommendedMisleading advertising Beaware of them first they will postbook Facebook full head foils deal. Then when you go there she will ask you what color you need ? if you show them color they dont tell about extra charges about services like if extra for toner or on length. Unfortunately, in this situation, the colour you wanted required back to back foils which, combined with the thickness of your hair, means more time and product was needed to achieve the colour you wanted. We also had to apply a full base colour, which was at your request, which the cost of is not included in the foil package. Worst experience in my life!! Lady has no expertise with thick hair. Brought groupon voucher. States "hair cut" more like hack at hair. States "treatment" what she means is WASH, states "blow dry" what she means is DAMP HAIR, BUT DRY THE FRONT so i can see colour, gently told her she is pulling my hair several times, ended up yelling at her, she said aww it my fault for thick hair. I would not recomand anyone to go for. They promised a lot in this but give me less even wrong cut. They don't even know what volume layer cut is instead they cut my hair straight which seems unprofessional to me. They really make me upset... :😡 And my hair cut by brazilian girl.
She is not honest. She will argue to the point where you lose your confidence. She treated my hair for Permanent Curls (if done right by the stylist, these curls last for months) and bet me if you can find a single curl!!!! On top of it, she kept saying that she can see the curls when actually there were none, charged me $120 for this. She suggested I go for keratin treatment to enhance my permanent curls, I did. the hairdresser needs to know how to cut hair and listen to what the client wants instead of just going ahead and doing the opposite and giving an uneven cut and saying its even when its not. Terrible service and loudly trying to justify herself. Recommend you go to another hairdresser and get a proper cut, its worth it.
