Don’t recommended at all. Their prices are way different from what they’ve displayed and they will always make excuses whenever they messed up your hair. Don’t make the same mistake I did by trusting them and I left with the ugliest hair colour I didn’t ask for. ❌❌

Thought to try something new. never again. just Bad service. I booked an appointment, and still an hour and a half later and I am still waiting to even be talked to. 4 other people were waiting to be worked on. Don’t book and confirm time appointments if you can’t keep to it. Sure appointments go over. Maybe half an hour? but don’t overbook yourself and then push into other appointments. I booked an appointment a week in advance for the Pukekohe Salon. I had no confirmation text sent the day before like most salons do so I already felt like something was wrong. I show up 15 minutes early to the salon. Says they’re open from 9am yet the lights are off, the doors locked and nobody is there.
