the hairdresser needs to know how to cut hair and listen to what the client wants instead of just going ahead and doing the opposite and giving an uneven cut and saying its even when its not. Terrible service and loudly trying to justify herself. Recommend you go to another hairdresser and get a proper cut, its worth it.

WORST EXPERIENCE... 2 weeks ago I have done full head of foils from ds lady can nly say she is so greedy. She dnt have ny assistant or staff still she took too many customers at the same tym... She cut my hairs to shoulder lenght with a horrible hair cut at end n still charge me $40 extra for longer hairs n $15 for toner. She cudnt listen what customer want just say ok i will do.. I just got a full head of foils done here and it is the worst job I have ever seen, I literally went home and cried my eyes out. They even made me pay $10 extra because the length of my hair 'passed shoulder length' which would normally be fine, yet they didn't even pull the bleach throughout the whole length of my hair like I paid for, in fact they just left a distinct line in my hair of where they pulled the bleach to. The foils were chunky and sparse and has left my hair in a total mess.. Would not reccomend to anyone

Omg!!!! I went there few weeks ago for retouch and ...can you guess how was the result? Only half of my hair was colored!!!!
