Not 4 star nor suitable for older or disabled Old, small bathroom with toilet next to an inside sliding door with a toilet roll holder at eye level. Very little room to sit on the toilet unless you close the sliding door. Toilet could only be used by children or average weight people. Cold water tap in vanity was leaking and hot water tap took multiple turns to get running, hot water. Noisy, water dripping fridge with no ice. Air conditioning and TV difficult to turn on. Not suited for those who aren’t able bodied Staff weren’t helpful or friendly. Room was clean.
Old, has a mold smell, but kept as clean as possible It’s very old, the damp issue has made the place smell like mold. The carpet was old and damaged. In need of a revamp. The bedding, bathrooms and living areas were clean.
Room advertised was not the room we paid for ~ looked like a room from another hotel ? The manager was rude ! I could see Mt. Warning from my dirty window

Fair Smokers smoke entering room through toilet/bathroom window. Soap dish in shower, Good Hooks in bathroom to hang/dry towels etc. Lights in bedhead for each bed. Comfortable beds. Wine Glasses. Great “private” view of mountains.
