Bad bathroom badly needs renovate. water was hard to get temperature correct with taps. draining outside with rain was not safe. moss in driveway was dangerous slippery.
mostly functional no hot water in the shower. ran it cold the entire time i did a basin wash (which was hot) but still was cold after about 7-8 mins also the only window looked over the external corridor. there was a stick in the window for safety but it was so long the window couldn’t be opened at all, roomy except for very small bathroom with large handbasin taking up a lot of space

Fair It needs some updating. The location was good. We didn’t spend much time in the unit. So the beds were comfortable
Disappointing No table and chair to sit and eat. There were chairs and tables outside room. Not acceptable Shower took a long time to adjust temperature. Outside light continually on all night. Timer or sensor needed Absolutely nil internet coverage in room. It was possible to use around main office. Phone showed optimum coverage but could not log into once in room.
