rude lady needs customer service skills very rude staff. “how did you get the room for that price?!!!” “you shouldn’t have, we’re busy enough without people getting discounts!!” umm how is that my fault!! I booked and paid what was advertised.. terribly rude lady!!. had been coming almost every weekend for 4 months without issues.. now suddenly my booking is an inconvenience because I book ahead and pay the prices advertised -
Bad old manager was lovely now there is a new rude lady and it’s shocking. -
worst customer service stood at the counter for 15 minutes being ignored by the lady when trying to check in yelled at me when I asked her if she knew who parked in-front of me blocking my car. didn’t even get up to see.. seems to thinks she’s working in 5 star resort and treats people like they are not worthy of her time. -
below average very old and uncomfortable, wifi didn’t work close to where we had a wedding

Passable but a bit overpriced Room was very old dated and tatty AIr con struggled to cool the room and it wasn't particularly hot Very clean and the bed was comfortable.
