Excellent communication including text/phone call cfmn about arrival time. Noel is a knowledgeable and friendly technician who has quickly and expertly fixed two of our appliances. Noel is respectful, explains everything clearly and doesn't talk down to us which is much appreciated. Highly recommended.
Family are visiting and of course washing machine broke. Emailed on the Sunday and was surprised to receive a response Sunday night with the link to order the correct part. (Part number has changed)Then Angelo called first thing Monday, I explained the urgency, he confirmed it was the correct part and made sure Aus post had it within hours. Very impressed. Appreciate the care and attention even tho it was only a small purchase

If I could give more stars i would. Angelo spent the time to find the problem and then worked to finding a solution, which happened to be a new dryer unit, as the first dryer wasn't even a week old. He kept up the communication to keep us informed, and followed up with everything. Even when the new dryer was showing a problem, he took the time, and my call to talk me through how I could fix it. Highly recommended.
I cannot recommend Angelo and his team enough. They were prompt with communication, extremely polite and resolved our issue immediately. Oliver was our technician and he was punctual and knowledgeable, but also took the time to explain our appliance to us - going above and beyond. I would definitely use this service again in future!
We are so excited with our new Samsung Bespoke Washing Machine. Owned a different brand for many years and when it finally gave up the ghost, we contacted Sydney Appliance Service who said it was not worth repairing. After carefully considering what to purchase, they gave us the right advice. Compared to what we had, the Bespoke washing machine it amazing especially the Auto Dose...
