Supply of a shelf for my Samsung fridge was a very easy process. Website was easy to navigate, part easy to find and delivery to Cairns within a week was outstanding.
I purchased a replacement door lock online and installed it myself. When I tried to fit it, the door striker would not enter the lock, making it appear that I had been sent the wrong part. I contacted Sydney Appliance Service for assistance, but they were unable to determine whether the replacement part was correct or why it didn't appear to fit.
