Fair The fridge was not working and the room was not clean. The smoke alarm did not look to be safe and the light switch was ancient. I did not feel safe. It was accomodation available when we needed a bed. It was easy to get to the main street and shops.
captured market, doubt I will return if I can find an alternative Free Wifi included but not available We are both non smokers, on the balcony by the window of our rooms was an ashtray filled cigarette butts On entering the room had a terrible smell which remained for the whole stay, tried to work out where it was coming from but was not able to determine the source

Fair The windows in the room didn't lock, no WiFi, no Netflix even though it was advertised, one tiny tube of shampoo for 2 people and we had the lady on reception telling us that we shouldn't go through Booking.com as they didn't pay taxes to Australian and how much she hated dealing with them. Loved the town and the old buildings, and cafes

I enjoyed the location. Murwillumbah it is an old style township with a lot to offer. I was disappointed that the advertised WiFi was unavailable. I suggest that not having your advertised facility available is unacceptable. Good Location close to shops and parks with walking tracks.
