A wonderful getaway with amazing views. Perfect to escape the city!
The Shady Studio is so peaceful ! Such a great way to get out of suburbia and enjoy the country side. Trish is incredibly friendly and such a great host. Accommodation is spotless and very inviting. Indoor fireplace was great for the cold weather and made it feel so nice and cosy. Not to mention the farm animals on the property which we were able to pet ! Couldn’t recommend more.

Gorgeous local hideaway - you feel far enough away from it all without having to travel too far. Great spot to allow for day trips to the National Parks. Generous hosts with a beautiful property and furry friends to greet you each morning. Would highly recommend for a recharge and reset.
Beautiful little country retreat with all the luxuries. The most comfortable bed! Peaceful, with horses and cows wondering right past your front deck.
We had a wonderful week at the Shay Studio. Trish was an outstanding host, going out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She struck the perfect balance between checking in over the 6 days of our stay and respecting our privacy. The accommodation itself was lovely. Wow! What a property. Words cannot describe how peaceful and beautiful this place is. We enjoyed every moment, especially all our interactions with the friendly horses. We will be back for sure!
Great stay, such a beautiful and private spot with all the modern touches you need.
Amazing stay, very private and relaxing. Better than the pictures and completely self contained with everything you would need. Two fireplaces in and out was also great during this time of year. Highly recommended stay and we hope to return
